Accessibility Statement

Last updated: October 2026
Smokingpub Concrete wants smokingpub.property to work for everyone, including people with disabilities. This statement shows how we approach it. It is a general template, not legal advice.
Our Goal
We want as many people as possible to be able to use this site. We work toward the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. It is a widely used standard for accessible websites.
Steps We Take
To support access, we try to:
- Use clear headings and a logical page order
- Add text alternatives to images that carry meaning
- Keep text easy to read with strong color contrast
- Make the site usable with a keyboard alone
- Build pages that work on phones, tablets and desktops
- Write in plain, everyday language
- Label form fields clearly
Where We Fall Short
Some parts of the site may not meet these standards yet. Third-party content, such as embedded tools, may be outside our control. We check the site from time to time. When we find a problem with the site, we work to correct it.
Other Ways to Get Help
If part of the site is hard to use, you have other options. Request a callback to talk with a provider. Or email contact@smokingpub.property and we will do what we can to assist.
Send Us Feedback
We welcome your thoughts on how accessible this site is. Email contact@smokingpub.property and tell us:
- Which page or feature gave you trouble
- What went wrong and what you expected
- Your browser, device or assistive technology, if you know it
We will read your message. We aim to reply within a few business days.
Always a Work in Progress
Accessibility is never done. We will keep it in mind each time we update the site.
