How to Make a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026
We want everyone who contacts Smokingpub Concrete to be treated fairly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to raise a complaint and what happens after. It is a general template, not legal advice.
What You Can Tell Us
You can write to us about:
- How your call or message to Smokingpub Concrete went
- How your personal information was handled
- Anything on this site that seems unclear or wrong
- The conduct of a provider we connected you with
If the Problem Is With a Provider
Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each one handles its own estimates, pricing, workmanship and customer service. If you have a problem with work at your home, start with the provider. Keep a written record.
Then tell us too. Your feedback helps keep our network honest. Providers who keep falling short may be removed. Know this up front: Smokingpub Concrete cannot settle contract disputes, refund money you paid a provider, or act on a provider's behalf.
How to Send a Complaint
Email contact@smokingpub.property. Please include:
- Your name and how to reach you
- The date you contacted us or the provider
- The number you called or the form you used, if you remember
- The provider's name, if you know it
- A short account of what happened and what you want us to do
What Happens Next
We will confirm by email that we got your complaint, usually within a few business days. Then we will look into it. That may include contacting the provider. After that, we will reply with what we found and any steps we plan to take.
If You Are Still Unhappy
If our answer does not settle things, reply and ask us to look again. You can also contact your state consumer protection office, your state attorney general or your local Better Business Bureau. Your state's contractor licensing board may help with licensed providers.
